If it wasn’t for Brianne’s wonderfully generous nature, I would not be growing, I’d be dying. She has given me so much support and encouragement! I don’t know where I would be without her. That said, she also has a very practical side. She has a bit of a, “go out and get a real job,” kind of attitude. I was afraid that when I told her what happened to me that she would be disappointed that I decided to put the money back into the Creating Absolute Wealth program. I can never lie to Brianne, so I sat her down and started by expressing my fears of a possible negative reaction or judgment regarding what I did with the money. After all, my car needed work and we had been talking about a trip later this summer. She looked at me and said, “It was up to you what to do with the money.”
Wow, I had worried enough to consider the thought of not telling her what I did, because I feared judgment, and she was supportive instead. How many times do we humans lose our biggest allies because of our fears. In “Think and Grow Rich,” Napoleon Hill talks about fear of criticism holding people back. I know I have done it before. I intend to never give in to that fear again!
